DANGERDISKO - PUSSYCAT ( KYOTO PROTOCOL) REMIX / DWNLD

I have finally got a chance to write about DANGERDISKO on Aftershots. Originally from Kuala Lumpur, they both have been producing and djing regionally and recently at New York City, USA. Having said that they are heavily influenced by retro revivalists, the indie dance scene and lot of 80’s disko tunes. Check their latest remix for Kyoto Protocol - Pussycat, one of the finest Malaysian indie band also Yuna - Someone out of town.

DJ ANDY MURPHY TURNS MODEL?

Andy Murphy known for his music and dj gig all around Australia and the region. Aftershots met him personally while he was just finish his dj set at Future Music Festival Asian edition at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on March 2012. We met while we were catching Azari & III performance and eventually connected. According to Fashionising.com, “Andy has become and unofficial style icon; although fashion was a secondary interest, Murphy exemplifies the potent mix of fashion and music combined”. Please check his music here and other photos by talented David Higgs.

YOUNG DIGERATI RELEASES NEW EP!

San Francisco synth/pop artist Young Digerati is bringing a pioneering edge to the modern music market with a fresh take on what original hit music should sound like. The prototypical Young D tune features lushly programmed keyboards and guitars, layered over live drums and bass. It inevitably stars a girl whom the band clearly will never get, and guys with whom they’ll never quite fit in. The band’s expanding cycle of songs consistently and un-self-consciously calls to mind the Pet Shop Boys collaborating with the Postal Service on the soundtrack to a lost John Hughes film. Check their latest EP teaser here on YouTube. Available on June 7th 2012

However, the series included the big and popular cities like New York City, London, Milan and Paris. Go get your cuffs series here.
